Agency FAQ

Questions about sponsoring clients through Fleet. Looking for help with your own plan? See the frequently asked questions for job seekers.

What is Fleet?

Fleet lets an agency, school, nonprofit, or workforce program pay for ResumeHarbor on behalf of the people it serves. You buy a block of client passes, and each pass gives one client full access for a set term.

What does each client get?

Each client gets Odyssey-level access, up to 200 jobs a month, for their whole term. That includes a tailored résumé and matching cover letter for every job, as many rewrites as they want, and Word and PDF downloads.

How long does a pass last?

You choose a three-month or six-month term when you buy. The term starts when the client accepts their invitation, not when you buy the pass, so a pass you haven't handed out yet isn't using up time.

Is there a volume discount?

Yes. The per-client price drops at 10 clients and again at 25.

  • Three-month term: $89 per client for 1 to 9 clients, $79 per client for 10 to 24 clients, $69 per client for 25 or more clients.
  • Six-month term: $159 per client for 1 to 9 clients, $139 per client for 10 to 24 clients, $119 per client for 25 or more clients.

How do we pay?

You can pay by card online, or we can send you an invoice with 30 days to pay, which works if your office needs a purchase order. There is no subscription and nothing renews on its own. Your passes appear in your agency dashboard once the payment arrives; some payment methods take a few days to clear.

How do we get started?

Use the quote tool on the For Agencies page to price your group, then buy online or ask for an invoice. Buying online needs a ResumeHarbor account; your first purchase sets up your agency with its name and billing email.

How do I add clients?

From your agency dashboard, add clients one at a time by email or upload a CSV file to add many at once. Each client gets an email invitation that stays good for 30 days, and you can resend it if it gets lost.

Does my client need an account?

Yes, a free one. The invitation link asks them to sign in or create an account, and accepting it starts their term.

What happens if a client gets a job? Can someone else take their spot?

Congratulations to them! They keep their access through the end of their term, which helps while they settle in. Once a client has accepted, the pass has been used, so it can't be moved to someone else. If a client hasn't accepted their invitation yet, you can cancel it and the pass goes back into your pool for another person.

What happens to passes we haven't assigned?

They stay in your pool until you assign them, and you can buy more whenever you need them. If you have passes from more than one purchase, the oldest ones are used first, each with the term it was bought with.

Can we see our clients' résumés?

No. Each client's documents are private to them. Your dashboard shows who has been invited, who is active, and how much they are using it, never what they wrote.

What happens when a client's term ends?

The client gets an email a week before the term ends. Afterward they can't make new tailored documents, but they keep their account and everything they made stays saved and downloadable. They can continue on their own plan, or you can sponsor them again, and the new term is added on top of any time they have left.

What if a client already pays for their own plan?

Their invitation won't use your pass, so you keep it for someone else.

Is ResumeHarbor accessible for our clients?

Yes. ResumeHarbor targets WCAG 2.2 AA and is built for keyboard-only and screen-reader use, so clients who are blind or have low vision can use it on their own.
